Venerable Chodron discusses the role of ethics for achieving worldly happiness, and also the happiness of liberation and enlightenment. In these two talks she leads guided meditations on ethics exploring what factors in our life influence our ethical values and conduct.

It is helpful to look at our lives and see how our ethical decisions and conduct are conditioned by our family and environment while growing up. She leads a mediation and discussion to look at these factors in our lives.
